GestureMeme is a browser-based gesture game. This policy explains what stays on your device, what limited website analytics may be collected, and how to contact us about privacy.

Camera, Face, and Gesture Data

Your camera feed is processed locally in your browser. GestureMeme does not upload or store camera frames, face images, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or other face data. When you teach a gesture, the browser converts body and hand landmarks into numeric pose samples. These samples stay in your browser's local storage and are used only to recognize a matching meme on your device. You can remove them with the Clear Learning control or by clearing browser data.

Uploaded Memes

Images you upload to the meme library are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to GestureMeme servers. Uploaded images may disappear when you refresh or clear browser data unless you download them to your device.

Website Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand general website usage, such as page views, approximate device and browser information, and interactions with the site. Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers. We do not send camera frames, uploaded memes, numeric pose samples, or face data to Google Analytics.

Messages You Send Us

If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your request and maintain necessary support records.

How We Use Information

We use limited analytics and support information to operate the website, understand performance, fix problems, respond to questions, and protect the service from abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Limited analytics information is processed by Google Analytics. We may also disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of GestureMeme and its users.
